NATO Cultural and Sport Clubs (NCSC) are an important part of the Staff Centre community - they offer a range of clubs including sport and culture for adults and children. Getting involved in one of the many clubs is a great way to keep active and build a network of colleagues.
Staff Resource Groups (SRGs) are voluntary, staff-led groups brought together by a common identity, interest, bond or similar background. They help create a positive work environment at NATO Headquarters by actively contributing to the Organization's mission, values and efforts specific to the Diversity and Inclusion.

Formed in 1967, the NCB has raised over 4 million euros, in cooperation with 41 participating nations and with the generous support of NATO stakeholders.
